Every year Schley County Family Connection Collaborative collects donations from families and businesses to present Technology Awards to top achieving students of Schley County High School. The Awards are given at a celebratory luncheon held at Ellaville Baptist Church.
Technology Awards are intended to be used by students to purchase computers for their studies. The Awards went to Conner Rhyne, Abbie Cheek, Michaela Harris and Kayden Poole. In addition, the Nancy McMath Young History Scholarship was awarded to Hank Arrington. Allyson Drinnon, Representative of Sanford Bishop's office, presented commemorative plaques to the students as well.
