The Chattahoochee County High School varsity girls soccer team continued its fabulous season with two recent wins over Russell County and a split with Crawford County. The loss to Crawford was the Lady Panthers' first defeat of the year, as they have an incredible record of 14-1. They are also one game ahead of Crawford in the Region 6 race (6-1 to 5-1).
In the first win over Crawford County, the Lady Panthers won 5-1. Nayelie Vazquez, senior, led the scoring with a pair of goals, while Mariah Floyd, Jane Parker, and Shylah Luna scored 1 goal each.
Victorious Dunovant had an assist, while Floyd and Parker also each has an assist.
Taylor Alexander, junior, made 5 saves and gave up just the single goal.
