The future of Cusseta's trailer parks may be decided in a courtroom.
The county government contends that the owner of two trailer parks should be stopped from collecting rent from the tenants, not be allowed to take in new tenants, and face the possibility of demolition.
The owner counters that the County has known about problems with the parks for many years and has allowed them to exist; yet is now suing him while he is actively improving the parks and has shown a plan to eventually bring them into full compliance - and place 33 new mobile homes in them.
