Academic excellence is taking center stage at Marion County High School as four exceptional students have been named AP Scholars by the College Board.
 The national AP Scholar distinction is awarded to high school students who demonstrate rigorous college-level achievement by earning a score of 3 or higher on three or more separate Advanced Placement (AP) exams.
 This accomplishment highlights not only the hard work and determination of the students, but also the expanding academic rigor fostered within the local school district.
