Chattahoochee Delinquent Tax Sale to include 15 Properties

 Chattahoochee County Tax Commissioner Judy Liles has scheduled a Delinquent Property Tax Sale for November 3rd and 4th.
 For local investors and curious residents keeping an eye on the coming “public outcry” at 211 McNaughton Street, the numbers tell a compelling story of overdue accounts. A total of 15 properties are slated to cross the auction block to satisfy outstanding 2025 state and county tax executions.
 Across these parcels – ranging from lots in the Windy Hill and Ranch subdivisions to multi-acre tracts – the aggregate delinquent debt climbs to a total of $22,084.73, resulting in an average tax debt of approximately $1,472.32 per property.
