Student-athletes representing area high schools turned in some outstanding performances at the 2025 Georgia Class A Division II State Track & Field Championship held May 9-10 at Hugh Mills Stadium in Albany.

The Marion County High School Eagles had athletes make the podium in three events:
· High Jump - Jameir Ashe - Third Place
· 100 Meter Dash - Christian Smith - Third Place
· 4x400 Meter Relay Team - Ira Rhodes, Deontae Hawkins, Jameir Ashe, Christian Smith - Fifth Place.
