As I prepare to transition to a new district and step away from my role as superintendent of Chattahoochee County Schools, I find myself reflecting on what we have accomplished together over these past 6.5 years, but more importantly, on how this community has shaped me both as a leader and as a person. Our shared commitment to the One Heartbeat philosophy has left an imprint on my heart, and I leave this position deeply changed, forever grateful, and fiercely hopeful for what lies ahead for our schools, community and region.
