Chatt Co Commissioner Responds to Election Challenge

Last week The Journal reported that the Chattahoochee County Election Office has scheduled a Public Hearing on a Candidate Challenge.
The hearing comes after resident Steven Wagner challenged Commissioner Damon Hoyte's qualifications. In his letter to election officials, he noted Hoyte's protracted battle with the county government in court. Commissioner Hoyte has responded, saying that the challenge doesn't mention anything that would legally bar him from the ballot.
