Echoes Within Wellness held its Grand Opening in Buena Vista last Saturday. This unique business is led by a longtime nurse who plans to use her own health journey to improve the lives of other people - naturally and holistically.
The medical field is beginning to pay closer attention to what people put into their bodies. However, the "a pill for every ill" concept still dominates, so it can sometimes be difficult for people to put the proper focus on taking care of themselves instead of simply treating symptoms.
