At the Chattahoochee County Commission's August 24 work session, County Manager Thomas Weaver kicked off the meeting by directing the commissioners' attention to an upcoming land-use decision on Liberty Hill Road.
"You have a Conditional Use Permit application to review before it comes to you in the next meeting," Weaver explained.
Filed by Jonathan and Kirsten Holbrook, the application requests to rezone five acres at 501 Liberty Hill Road from A-1 Agricultural to R-R Rural Residential, along with a CUP to bring a manufactured home onto the property.
